Welcome to voughtforohio.org (the “Site”), the official website of the Travis Vought for Ohio Governor campaign (“Campaign,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational and engagement purposes to support the candidacy of Travis Vought, U.S. Marine veteran and Libertarian candidate for Governor of Ohio. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site.
2. Donations and Contributions
All monetary contributions made through the Site are voluntary political contributions and are subject to applicable Ohio campaign finance laws and federal laws. By making a contribution, you represent and warrant that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident and that the funds are not being given in exchange for any official action or special treatment. Contributions are not tax-deductible. We reserve the right to refuse or return any contribution at our sole discretion. Donations are generally non-refundable.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and campaign materials, is the property of the Campaign or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

By submitting information (such as signing up for updates, volunteering, contacting us, or providing feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute that information for campaign purposes, including voter outreach and communications.
